traveled to these exclusive international photography sessions from across
the USA to participate in these professional competition, many of which
have been hosted at the Graham Webb International Academy of Hair.
It is important for most hair designers and makeup artists to have their
artistic creations published in this series of premier quality books,
which are respected as representative of the best hair designs from over
40 countries across the globe. YOU have the unique opportunity to participate
and to have your works published!
Nationally Respected
Photographers: Tom Carson, Scott Bryant, Paul Rumohr and other
internationally recognized specialists in hair, makeup and spa photography
are always selected for these special sessions.
Total Image:
You can register up to 3, 6 or 9 models. You must facilitate your own
very attractive models, terrific haircuts, great haircolor,
finished styles, wardrobe and makeup artistry for a total image.
Publication Schedules
& Additional PR Opportunities: Published work by participants
will receive courtesy copies of the Passion & Inspire Stylebooks.
When available, you may also receive some of the outtake photographs to
use for your own marketing, advertising and PR needs. These stylebooks
and photographs are distributed approximately 6 to 9 months after each
professional photography session. The Marketing Solutions Team does not
have any editing power, thus you are asked to work with the most attractive
models available, while staying strictly within each book’s noted
category.

NOTE:
This is a national competition and publication remains at the discretion
of each publisher. Many times, photographs for some of your models may
be held by the publisher to put in a different stylebook, especially if
your hair design fits a different theme better. Until they are published
and released, they will not turn over any outtakes for those models.
PRELIMINARY
REGISTRATION
Fill out the attached Preliminary Registration and Entry
Form to be considered. Hair designers and salons will be considered on
a first-come, first-served basis for each photography session.

Professional
Models: Unless otherwise indicated, most models should be between
14 and 40 years old. They must be either professional models or very attractive
non-professional models. This is a photography competition, so it is very
important to find the proper models. Each participating salon is invited
to create special hair designs on 3 models per registration application.
Models must be VERY attractive and comfortable in front
of the camera! All haircutting, haircolor and highlight services must
be performed on the models BEFORE the day of the shoot, while hairstyles
may be finished on location. Makeup, wardrobe, hair ornaments, accessories
and finishing touches `must be provided by you' and can be performed at
this photography session.
Registration
will be taken on a `FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED' basis and must
be accompanied by a pre-payment. Make registration checks payable to Marketing
Solutions, Inc. for $100 for up to 3 models. You may submit up to 6 models
or looks for $175 or up to 9 models and/or total looks for $250. We will
only shoot one look per model after 11 AM, so if you desire to create
2 looks, plan to register for an 8 AM time slot. |
